The timetables and days indicated on the tours are subject to changes and modifications. The times of breaks/stops and arrivals showed in the programs are purely indicative. The participants who renounce the trip for any reason will be entitled to a 100% refund of the fee provided that they give notice at least 24 hours before the departure of the trip. No refund can be made after this deadline. The Agency reserves the right to cancel the trip at any time with no other obligation than that of the refund of the sums paid. The Agency reserves the right to change the program if this is necessary for unforeseen needs, such as bad weather, difficult navigability of the lake, vehicles’ failures, etc. The Agency is not liable for damages that may occur to travelers and their effects during excursions due to force majeure or the fault of third parties. The responsibility of the Agency cannot under any circumstances exceed the limits established by the provisions of the international convention referred to in law 1084/1977 and by Legislative Decree 79/2011, Consumer Code. The boat and bus tours are also accessible to people with walking difficulties who, however, independently, or helped by their companion, are able to make movements such as ascent / descent of some steps or differences in height. It is necessary to keep in mind that bus tours involve walks to various destinations, sometimes on uneven floors. Electric walkers are not allowed, while strollers and wheelchairs are allowed only if they can be folded and managed independently (e.g. loading / unloading from vehicles).
As for the tickets (see page X), in no case will refunds and / or ticket changes be granted. Refunds for entrance tickets to the Arena di Verona for the Opera Festival are not possible through our Agency, but are paid by the Fondazione Arena if the show is canceled by the organizer.
